I've lost my baby-page ... how can I find it again?
Goto lost and found: lost baby-page
I've forgotten the password to my website for baby. What can I do?
Go to your baby page and when the password prompt appears click the 'Forgotten Password' link underneath the password box.
Why can't people find my baby-page on the find-baby-page?
Your privacy settings are set to 'Hide baby page from searches'. Goto 'Parent Login (admin)' link on the left hand side of your baby page and then click 'Change My Details' to alter whether to include your baby page in the baby page finder.
How can I tell who has subscribed to my baby-page?
Logon as a parent (click 'Parent Login (admin)' link on the left hand side of your baby page) and scroll down to the bottom of your baby page.
Can I edit an existing message-board entry?
Unfortunately not. Because we allow anybody to leave a message without the need to log-on to our website for baby.
Why would I want to archive message-board entries?
The best example is if people are leaving you pre-birth/pregnancy good luck messages. You may not want to delete these once you've given birth, but you would want them off the main-board.
How do I know that a text-message update has worked?
We text you straight back to confirm an update has worked. If we don't then something has gone wrong!
